What is brainwave entrainment?
Brainwave Entrainment refers to the brains electrical response to rhythmic sensory stimulation, such as pulses of sound. When audio signals of different frequencies are delivered to each ear separately, the two hemispheres of the brain function together to “hear “not the external sound signal but the phantom third signal which is the
difference in frequency between the two actual sound frequencies.
